Q. What is the difference between "Simplified" and "Traditional" Chinese characters?

A. In written Chinese there are mainly two character systems. The "Simplified" form for Chinese written text is officially used in mainland China and Singapore. This is usually the character system required in your work with the Chinese market. Also, The World Wide Web also recommends simplified Chinese characters for web site contents.
In specific cases, when your target audience requires so, we can also translate to Traditional Chinese.

A. When your file contains only text, without any special graphics, we will send you back a Word document. If you send us a Power Point presentation, each slide will be followed by a replication with the translated text.

Q. When do I pay?

A. For small projects of less than 2000 English words or Chinese characters we will charge you only after you receive your translation.
For bigger projects – we charge 50% in advance and the other 50% after your job is completed.

Q. Do you have special rates for returning customers?

A. Of course! We would like to establish a long, fruitful relationship with our customers. Once your projects have accumulated 10,000 words, we will give you a 10% discount on all your projects. Once you reach 20,000 words, your discount will rise to 15%
